What is a good diet healthty burn fat?
I am currently about 183 pounds in the morning .. my body fat calculator tells me that I am 20% body fat. I'm just chub around the midsection. I exercise frequently and take Hydroxycut. I am not the scheme and would like to know a healthy diet fat burning. I've heard of chicken and rice? Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to reach 10% body fat. Or close.
Green tea as much as can consume each day boosts metabolism. Also eating a healthy diet + 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
