Advice please? Healthy ways to lose weight?

I need some advice on how to lose weight. (The healthy way, without hunger and others) I know the main things are exersize and healthy eating. But it would be very helpful if you could give me details-1) What foods can help you lose weight? 2) What foods to eat? 3) Is there a best exersize to help others? Any reccomendations? 4) Any other specific Thanks in advance! Ps no is a very active person

– Eat salads, snacks instead of junk food. (no not ranch or Caesar salad dressing) – Consumption of boiled fish – cooked chicken (without sauce), you can use a pinch of salt, not too well. – Put it back from 5 days a week atleast for 1 hour. you need to lose 2,000 calories per week start to lose weight. – Do not eat after 7pm or 8pm is the last. stomach needs time to digest the food you ate. – Basically, all what fat there is. try to stick to white meat. – Use only whole grain bread too little. only 1 or two slices per day – you can eat rice, but not much. Participate WELL. This is key! You need to activate. JOIN few sports such as badminton and swimming, volleyball. – Do not eat bananas too. – Eat an apple I of course.
