What can you suggest for me to eat if i want to lose weight fast?
I am a mother of 1 and 2 years and work 40 hours per week. I just recently started working there 2 weeks to 45 minutes of cardio 7 days a week running in my neighborhood Rolling push my children in a stroller. I also do abs and lift leg 5 times a week. Only lost about 3 pounds, but I can see my belly is flatter and my legs are a little more toned. I joined a gym today so I think that the training covered. But what should I eat to get more toned and lose body fat fast?! My deadline is Oct. 11 (someone is visiting at the time) I'm 5'2 and weighs 123. I would be back to 110 (my weight pathogen) in November. (I was 174 the day gave birth to my son!)
