low fat diet plan need?

Hi all jus need to help someone. Xenical pills I was taking and my doctor asked me to follow a diet low in fat, but I have no idea how a diet plan and stick to it. Can anyone help and give me a diet plan low fat food that I could include India jus love Indian food. Boots are the same diet pill, but is not giving me the diet plan, anyone has the dose is too much? PLEASE HELP ME
