low fat diet

I'll start a diet low in fat. What foods are low in good fats?
I eat a 1200 calorie diet for a while and I see no actual outcome, so I will continue, but even with 25 grams or less of fat per day. Anyone know of any good low-fat foods to eat?
chicken skinless, grilled tofu (can be really good w / right scent), green vegetables, red and green peppers, oats, "light string cheese, skim milk, tuna, cottage cheese, low fat yogurt, low fat … It is not too low in fat, however. Yes, but is high in calories and, yes, saturated trans fats and no (lose weight, I guess). Get a little olive oil, avocados, almonds, or other sources of monounsaturated fats. "Fat" products can sometimes having too much sugar in them. Better go w / low fat. And avoid too many processed foods – vegetables, fruit, yogurt, chicken, low fat cheese, salmon, tuna, slow cooking oats, nuts – these are the best. Make your own meals and snacks you know what is in them. The exercise, if you are able to … even if you do not want. Soon you will not want to go one day of exercise wo /. You could have 1400 calories, but regular exercise, especially with weights, will help to burn calories even when you're not exercising.
