That sounds like a good diet plan to lose weight fast?
I'm trying to lose two dress sizes in late October. I stopped eating all meat and bread and pasta. No pop or junk food. I have a piece of fruit and a glass of milk at breakfast lunch, a salad and water for lunch and vegetable soup or vegetable matter, with what my mother cooking dinner for dinner. Does sound like a good plan? I know that I exercise and try to get out and walk more, but I'm horrible to continue with the programs exercise. Part of the reason he left because the flesh is that recently decided to become vegetarian, so I will not add meat to my diet. I take a Weight Smart Vitamins day, too.
