What is the best, fastest and easiest way to lose weight?
I'm a girl … All my life I was overweight and I decided I'm tired of it. i want to lose weight but do not know what exercises are best. Please do not reply to "consult / Ask your doctor about this. My friend had a past with this horrible stuff. She is actually doing very well now, lose weight and exercise. Everything you need to do is eat a small amount of food it does on a regular basis. No crash diets, nothing crazy. Just reduced to every meal you have. Try not to have both bread, milk or fruit of many years. Remember all those calories / carbohydrates accumulate. Start having a yogurt for breakfast with a banana. For lunch make a tuna sandwich on wheat. For dinner, eating the meal with rice full size. Rice takes so long to digest and is a carbohydrate bomb late. Try chicken and choice of salads and other lower-carbohydrate replacement. Remember that your body needs to break down foods you eat and then break down fat in your body. Skip on the treadmill for 45 minutes a day, 4 times a week (no more). If you do not have a treadmill at a gym. If you have no money for a gym, simply give 30-minute walk around the neighborhood. Remember not to take vitamins and starve the thing can not do with their bodies.
