I need help planning a meal plan weight loss diet?
I need help planning a menu 7 days after meals. i want to lose weight. I do not drink sodas. I eat 5 or 6 small meals a day healthy. I eat about 1600 calories per day. And I drink coffee every morning. I get all the nutrients and things I need. Please help. Thank you.

It’s getting tougher as I get older, almost 35. I used to be able to drop 10 pounds pretty easily but now I have to put in a lot of effort just to MAINTAIN my weight. It sucks.
